Over time it has given me terrible pains in my shoulders and hips, and I’ve had to fork out more money on toppers (not M&S) in order to ease the pain and get a better quality of sleep. Of course, M&S don’t offer sleep trials so I’m stuck with it until I can afford another mattress as they will not replace or refund.

Dor66 1000 pocket sprung mattress. Excellent mattress, very comfortable and ideal for our guest room. This is the third mattress from M&S we have bought and all are excellent for comfort and delivery etc. Would definitely recommend.

rebecca000 Takes getting used to Was so looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress. Was a different story initially... We love a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on a surf board! Few nights later...another duvet on top for padding as well as a mattress topper it eased slightly. A few months on my husband is very happy. Still a little hit and miss for me but hopefully I will get there. Obviously this is all personal choices. Mattress itself a nice quality. Delivery fine etc.

Lin 35 Best nights sleep I spent a long time trying to find the right mattress for me when I came across this one. I am so glad I bought it I have had the best nights sleep in a long while. I choose medium support which was just right for me firm enough without being to hard. I suffer with back problems but I have been waking up of a morning pain free. Delivery was quick and the delivery firm kept me up to date.

If you’ve ordered two or more pieces of furniture products, we will aim for one delivery to your address – this is to minimise inconvenience and disruption to you and to help the environment with our Plan A commitment. Your estimated delivery timescale will be shown on the checkout page, before you pay. Our delivery team will deliver furniture to a room of your choice (unless specified as “delivered to your door”), providing social distancing can be maintained. On arrival, the delivery crew will unpack, position and where applicable, assemble your furniture (exclude “delivery only”). This may be subject to change due to government and local lockdowns. Some items are delivered flat packed. These flat packed pieces will need to be assembled by you. You can check this before you order under the ‘Item details’.
We are unable to deliver furniture to the Orkney Islands, internationally, some postcodes (see link) or to our stores for collection. Please allow an additional week for deliveries to Ireland.
