This mattress is firm and comfy but not hard. Would definitely recommend, I suffer from a bad back but have slept perfectly since having this mattress. Says you can only turn length ways and not flip, no handles so tricky to handle.

I love a firm mattress but this is hard rather than firm, and after several nights of waking up with painful hips, ribs & shoulders, I have asked to return it.
