Wool Blend Double Breasted Military Coat with Cashmere

I had been searching for a smart black coat since the start of autumn- was able to buy this on a 20% off weekend, which made it excellent value for money! The material can be a little rough on my face round the high neck, but feels very good quality. I'm very glad I found it!

Very nice warm coat wonderfully soft, very versatile can wear with anything dressed up or down, just the right length to wear with skirts or trousers/jeans. good value with 20% off!!

This jacket is stunningly made, fits really well and is a perfect winter coat.

Unfortunately the collar was creased and floppy which deemed it unwearable.

Warm, comfortable and good value, bought with 20% offer. I am 5foot 9 and it covered a skirt just above the knee. Bought it in grey, and will wear it for any occasion, as it is smart but also stylish and comfortable. Generous around the top, I can get a thick jumper underneath easily.

I've looked everywhere for a grey coat but this one wasn't for me. The neck felt stiff and uncomfortable. The shoulders were on the tight side meaning that I could not fit anything except the lightest jumper underneath. The coat didn't fit to my shape elsewhere giving it (and me) a bulky appearance and the next size up was far too big. Sadly it will be returned.

Fabric cheap and stiff, neck too high and uncomfortable, also a bit short for a military style and I am only 5ft 3inches!

Bought this coat in Khaki, I think the shape is really nice. I'm quite long in the body and sometimes find coats don't fit properly but this coat is long in length. The shape to the back when looking at it in profile is quite straight, so it doesn't go in lots at the waist at the back, I think this creates more of a modern look. From the front it's flattering subtle shape done up and hangs nicely when undone. I'm mid thirties and thought this coat looked quite stylish and neat while keeping me warm in the winter with it's length.

I felt the collar didn't lie well so I've swapped for something else

This coat is of high quality: beautiful shape and fabric. Unfortunately, the colour and style didn't enhance my figure and colouring as much as I had hoped for. I love khaki, but it doesn't suit me as much as navy. I need a more pronounced flare from the waist. I'm now looking for a 'frock coat' style. This was an expensive experience as the cost of postage was high. However, it works out cheaper than buying the product in an M&S store in Hong Kong, (that is, unless the exchange has gone up again). I think it's best if I try on clothes first. I take ages to decide on a purchase.

I looked for this style and quality of coat last year but failed in my quest, I made sure when I saw this one in the new autumn line-up that I ordered straightaway, even though it was the late August heat wave! It is perfect and such a good-quality fabric. How about doing it in teal please?
