I’ve bought letterbox flowers before & they have been great so would buy again. The recipient of these flowers said a few of the flowers had not recovered when put in water therefore after 24 hours through some away.

The flower box letters were sent as a replacement when my original order was messed up by the delivery firm - the recipient told me they were awful, dead and came with instructions on how to revive them (which didn’t work) extremely disappointing

The first box we ordered all the stems arrived snapped, however the customer service were amazing and replaced straight away so it’s no fault of marks. The second box arrived perfectly, however there aren’t many stems in this bunch at all. There was only one foliage stem. It definitely needs some extra foliage or leaves to make it a prettier bunch. This combination doesn’t look great in a vase. It was a bit sparse.
