Delivery issue
I'm afraid that they were left in a shed by delivery driver and no card was posted, therefore flowers were almost dead when found.

The roses were tinged with brown and quite a few petals were off. They were meant for a friend's birthday - couldn't give them to her. After two days, they went in the bin.

Awful! Half of them were dead!
No, I don't recommend this
I actually had a text from the recipient to never order them again as they were awful. I tried to find a number to complain to and email however it was completely impossible to did so I haven’t even received a refund. I had images of how they were half dead and how it ended up being a very empty vase once they had been sorted. Will never be repurchasing. Such a shame as a total lover of everything m&s

Disappointing

Thought I would give these a try for a friends birthday. Personally though they looked flat and disheveled. My friend was too polite to call it as it was but I won’t be ordering flowers again

Disappointed

Whilst these looked lovely when they arrived, they didn’t last. The antirrhinums wilted within a couple of days, failing to open, with the roses following a few days later, also failing to open.
