Flowers were sent as a birthday gift. They were brown around the edges on arrival and when I saw them 5 days later the flowers had opened but were still brown . Disappointing.

I sent these to a dear friend over in wales….i trust M&S for their quality so I felt confident that when I’d chosen the colour, they would do the rest! My friend was absolutely thrilled with them and sent me a picture….they looked beautiful

A delivery like no other. I was so impressed by the packaging and all the details. The flowers were very fresh, green and colourful, creating an extremely beautiful bouquet. Love it and definitely recommended as a gift (even to myself).

Nice box of roses
Yes, I recommend this
The delivery was very good and packaged well. The roses initially looked a little brown on the edges. However after some water and a few days they were coming into bloom and looked lovely. The recipient was happy which is the main thing. Unsure how long they are in the box for prior to delivery and hence why they are slightly brown on the edges? They have lasted for a while though.

Not fresh.

So, these flowers were disappointing. They looked almost dead when they arrived, and even after letting them sit in water for two days - they were still brown around the edges of the actual flowers themselves. The packaging was nice, but I probably wouldn’t order them to send to anyone - they simply just didn’t look fresh.
