Timely delivery
No, I don't recommend this
The delivery was on time and overall the flowers were great. However, upon unpacking I noticed that they were not as fresh and in top condition as I would have had, should I have picked them up from the store. Especially a couple of roses were droopy and never really bloomed. Previously, I have had very good experience with flowers from M & S and therefore was a bit surprised.

Lovely flowers but disappointing treatment of item
Bought this for my 3 young daughters on Valentine's Day. On the whole when it arrived it looked like the pictures which was really nice and a fun surprise for my daughters. The flowers were nice and still fresh. Unfortunately, the whole front was ripped which spoilt the presentation of what would have been a really nice gift. It was either ripped before put into the delivery box or ripped when the person put it into the box; either way, very disappointing. I expected better from M&S.

The flowers arrived on the chosen day so very pleased about that. But they did not look the same as the advert Not as many flowers in the bouquet lots of greenery

Percy pig Flower box

Order for my mum and sadly the flowers did not last more then a few days and some of the heads on the flowers were broken of when removed from the box they arrived in. Wished we bought direct from the shop now as they looked good when i saw then in there. Maybe we just had a bad bunch as normally the flowers we order have always been good and lasted.

Two of these gift bags were delivered to friends who were happy in receiving them. However, one of them sent me a picture of the arrangement and the flowers didn’t seem as abundant as the picture on the website. Overall, good delivery times and it made them smile.

Awful. Flowers were broken and dead

I bought these as a gift for my partner for valentines. They could only be delivered on valentines Sunday and not before so I was expecting the flowers to be very fresh. When they arrived many of the heads were cut and hanging down and the roses were all over (dead). Not what I expect from M&S for £30. very disappointed.
