I bought these Nov 2021. I think the style is great and have worn them maybe 15-20 times in winter 21/22 and 22/23, just for average errand running so not long or heavy wear, but the soles on both boots have cracked across the sole and the boot is starting to come away from the sole on on one boot. Clearly these are faulty or low quality as I wouldn’t expect this after light, infrequent wear. Disappointed with M&S customer service in store who said as it has been two years (wrong, it’s been 15 months) they wouldn’t do anything despite the shoes being faulty. I can see a few other reviews mentioning the same issue with the soles cracking.

Absolutely loved these boots, soooo comfortable. I bought them just over a year ago but obviously didn't wear them during the summer and 2 days ago I noticed both soles have completely split. Only worn to the office, no long walks, really would have expected them to last for longer.

No, I don't recommend this
I have had these boots for just over a year. I’ve worn them a lot but not walked miles in them or across rough terrain but the soles have completely split on both boots. It is such a shame because they are so comfortable. I wanted to replace them but felt very reluctant to buy the same boots again.

I would have give the boots 5 starts but the sizing is all wrong in these. I’m usually a 6.5. A 6 was exact fit with literally no room for manoeuvre but the 6.5 is literally falling off.
