Once again, this blouse looked good on the web site. The description of the fit was accurate, I ordered a size smaller than normal and it fitted perfectly, however I did not keep the blouse as it arrived looking very creased. It, along with 2 others, was sent back for the same reason. I am sending so much back to M&S - this is the first time I have had clothes arrive in such a crumpled state but other items have been sent back because of unreliability of sizing (especially jeans - leg length in particular) or poor quality (slippers for husband). Returns must be costing M&S a fortune if my experience is anything to go by.
