Two people tested a pack prior to a drinks party. One really liked the taste, one thought there was a bit of a strange aftertaste. I baked them for 10 mins, trickled the sauce over, baked for 5 mins, stuck the sticks through to the bottom, wiped them around in the sauce, then sprinkled the topping over. Good mouthful on long sticks, and they didn't fall off. Am trying to find canapés that as many guests as possible can eat, so gluten-free is good. Will buy more for my party.

Chose these as they offered a gluten free party nibble. If you like this Asian style flavour you'll like these (although they do taste a little artificial). Knew some assembly was required after initial heating but hadn't accounted for 2 stages...coating & cooking with the sauce & then coating in the crumbs & adding sticks. Coped with this but when catering for 65 party guests would have preferred less prep. For a smaller group they'd be fab.

Really liked the way the lollipops were presented and they proved very popular at the family gathering they were bought for. My only comment is that the crumbs part of the dish was not sufficient and certainly didn't cover the whole lollipop as shown in the picture. I dipped one 'side' only but still didn't have enough for all the lollipops. Apart from that, I was happy with all the other aspects.
