Roma Straight Leg Jeans

Poor quality material. Far too wide fir a straight leg. Regular length is more like long. 2 inches difference in two pairs of regular same jeans. Also my standard size 12 is more like a size 10. Unable to get on !!! Sizing is appalling and there is no guarantee of the item fitting when you order your usual size

These jeans are a good fit on the waist as well as the hips, which is a bonus for me as usually the hips fit fine but the waist is too big. They are comfortable and wear well. The only tiny criticism I have is that the side pockets could be slightly deeper.

I was very excited to see the Roma jeans back in stock, however when they arrived they are High Rise not Roma rise as stated on the website

These jeans would have been ideal if the button hole had lined up with the button. They were misaligned by .5cm which is enough to prevent the zip fly lying flat. Unsatisfactory.

Bought short length . Too long compared to a pair I'd bought a few months ago. Nice trousers though.

Love these jeans. They are so soft, stretchy and comfortable. Have these in blue and black now.

I wanted to replace an old pair of these Roma jeans but the new pair were considerably tighter, despite supposedly being the same size - 8. The waistband measured about 2 to 3cm smaller than my original pair. So unfortunately I had to return them. I tried a size 10, but they were too big for my waist and also baggy around the thighs.

I have given these jeans 3 stars because while they are nice jeans, my issue is with the quality of the fabric and the sizing. Last year I purchased the same jeans a size smaller and the main reason I bought them was because of the fabric. At the time it seemed good thick quality and had a nice soft feel. Fast forward to this year Dec where I decided to order the same jeans as they are suitably smart-casual for me to wear at work. However, when I unpacked my order I immediately noticed the fabric felt totally different, mainly it felt much thinner. I compared them with the older pair as I still have them (that's how good that pair have lasted) and I could see the change. I tried the jeans on and for saying they are the next size up, they are only slightly bigger, not a real difference. I can only assume that the change to a presumably cheaper fabric has also affected the sizing and fit of the jeans. I'm disappointed that the jeans I previously loved so much are now of a lesser standard of quality. Yet, of course the price is still the same! It feels a cheap move, but I'm also not surprised as this isn't the first time I've noticed a change in fabrics at M&S.

Love these jeans good colour and a very comfortable fit

Quality trousers in lovely fabric. The only problem was that short is slightly too long and so I had to shorten them. Otherwise I am very happy with them.

Fabulous Jeans. These fit me perfectly. I have a few pairs now. They have a bit of stretch as well which adds to the comfort. The sizing of these jeans has always been pretty consistent and I’m happy to buy my size without trying on.

Great jeans when you want something other than denim. Smart looking and won’t fade as quick as denim. Perfect fit and length, I’m 5 ft ordered petite
