The loop in the back helps me hold my water bottle and the coolness of the water bottle keeps my back cold which is awesome for south florida heat runs. im a 34D bra and the medium fits perfectly snug to where there's no bounce during the run.

I bought this bra specifically for running after reading other reviews . I am happy with this - the bra has just the right amount of support for me . It doesn’t feel too tight and is very comfortable during runs . It may be a little bit tricky to put on and take off but that’s not a major issue for me .
