Care instructions
Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Birthday bouquet with chocolate and champagne.

My son gave me some money to get myself a birthday present, so l decided to get myself a bouquet of flowers from m&s as you are known for your quality products and service but unfortunately l was extremely disappointed in the flowers i received, they arrived after 5pm and although it was within the time frame given to me, it just took the shine off my special day as that time was almost the end of the day. The quality of the flowers were below the standard that l expected, they looked droopy and was sitting in a wet paper only to keep them fresh. The flowers stared dying within two days of receiving them so you can imaging how disappointed l was and they weren't cheap. I did enjoy the chocolate and champagne.
