Wrong leg length. Bottoms were rolled back twice to be the winch I requested. Had they taken time, I assume someone would have tailored the shortening properly.

I bought 2 pairs of these trousers supposedly in the same size. One pair was an inch longer than the other, and the other pair was an inch wider round the waste. So one pair too short and the other too loose. And these are, supposed to be the 'ultimate' chinos! As M&S recently decided to close my local store, I also had a train journey to the nearest branch to return them. I mentioned these issues to the customer service assistant who basically just ignored me. So poor quality and poor customer service. Good work M&S.

These look good in the pictures but are actually made from a very stretchy material which I'm not really that keen on. That being said, the material is quite thick so might be better suited for winter.

Reg fit Ultimate chinos
We bought two pairs of this garment one in navy and the other in grey. Sadly the grey pair being of the same material and style did not come up the same as the navy ones they were not very generous with the fitting so not best to buy it in the grey colour
