I bought a long jumper which was supposed to be 2 inches longer in body and arms. I have relatively long arms and always struggle with jumpers that fit. This came with a longer body but the arms we're exactly the same size as the regular. I double checked and it was the long version. M&S - please recheck this and extend the arms for taller men. This fits really badly.

The Extra Fine Merino worsted spun sweater is very good as is the cardigan. Fit wise its a slim fit through the arms. I'd normally go for a size 2XL, so I chose a 3XL makes a relaxed fit which is more casual look. The big plus is its machine washable easy care at Cold Wash 40C

The jumpers which were our go-to seem to be discontinued so bought this as a twice as expensive replacement. It is a bit thin, but fits well and looks fine. I hope it washes well. If not I would only give it 3 stars

Men’s longer length merino wool jumper …

Bought the fine Merino wool crew necked jumper in longer length from the men’s collection for myself as a taller woman I find the women’s although if the same quality just aren’t long enough for me …. In fact most of the jumpers in the women’s range I find are too short even for the average woman ….. So I decided to buy a men’s medium size in a longer length as equivalent to my normal size of 14 and it’s perfect !!

Pure extra fine merino wool crew neck jumper
It looks smart and I like the colour. It appears to be a little on the thin side, but it is certainly warm enough. I am very pleased with it so far, but it remains to be seen how it washes, however if I follow the instructions I feel it will be fine.

Good value, nice style and chosen because it was shown worn over a shirt! What I wanted was a lightweight pullover to wear over a shirt but this is too tight for that. Excellent if you want to wear it without a shirt but think it’ll have to go back because it’s not what I wanted.
