The inner cushion should have been oblong to fit the shape of the actual cushion had to stuff corners myself with stuffing, would have returned but they were a gift

This cushion smells absolutely dreadful. I already bought 3 others and no problem with those so was surprised that this one was any different. I hoped it would improve with airing but not at all. Contacted customer services who have been a great help.

I love the fabric and the colour but bought a smaller insert, it was a bit bulky to use as a bolster cushion for me. I’m sure it would soften up in time, still a lovely great value cushion.
