I think I must have received a different skirt to the other reviewers. Yes it is a nice skirt, but oh dear mine creased. I tried it on sat down in it , stood up, and the creases at the back and front were awful, and didn't drop out. Sorry but I am returning it.

Elasticated at the rear waistband but really doesn’t show so don’t be afraid of ruining your youthful image. Looks absolutely smashing on my 64 year old young-looking wife. The skirt is lovely denim material and has the most beautiful detail to the rear - reminiscent of jeans - the best detailing of all twelve of the skirts tried on from M&S. A great find among the ordinary.
