The light switch on the personalised bauble.
This was lovely but the on/off switch at the top was very delicate and not well marked so difficult to see which way to turn. Unfortunately because of this the light was broken almost straight away. Otherwise I would have given it five stars.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of one of my personalised baubles. The glue used to affix the hanger was spilling out and spoilt the overall appearance and ability for the bauble to hang straight. The replacement was no better. Will not use again.

I was thrilled with my personalised bauble,my daughter loved it,however it no longer lights up,there seems to be a loose connection or something,it will light up if I hold it in place but I can't get it to stay on! Very annoying because it is so lovely lit up.

Was really looking forward to receiving these personalised baubles with my grandaughers names on them but I have to say I am really disappointed one didn’t work at all one works for 10 minutes then keeps going on and off as if the batteries are going even though they’re new batteries the other two are ok but batteries don’t last long really disappointed don’t expect this with marks and spencers

I was given this bauble as a gift for our new Christmas tree. Unfortunately it continuously flickers and goes out. Very disappointed with this product. The slightest touch of bauble and the light either flickers or goes out. It is very frustrating because the bauble looks great. Not what I expect from M&S. Would add a video of it failing but unable too.
