The skirt has godets, which keep it neat round the waist and hips, but give a lovely fullness at the hem and a nice “swish” when you walk. The fabric is lightweight, but just heavy enough to give a lovely drape. It launders beautifully on a low temperature and needs no ironing, which suits me just fine! Excellent quality and value.

ladymoo 25-11-2022 03:27 Quality in a skirt. The skirt was ordered online but was just like the online image. Good strong fabric and true to size. What i was really looking for was a lighter fabric and i found the one by Finery for £49 so returned this one. Very pleased with the swap.

Did struggle between an 18 or a 20 (because middle age spread tum), but am very pleased with it. Difficult to find an A-line PLAIN-coloured skirt these days - please note M&S. So many trousers, slacks - not enough decent length smart skirts!
