Best for a tall skinny person

I liked the dress but it’s designed for a tall woman. I have average arms and the sleeves are very long. It’s very fitting around the torso. I ordered a 14 knowing Sosander are on the small size, but this is like a 14 on the shoulders and a 12 everywhere else. I was attracted to this because of the long sleeve coverage, but it would suit someone youthful as its clearly designed for a young tall figure. Re sizing I’ve bought several items from MS this past week and they have been 12 or 10.

I am a size 8, I ordered a size 8 but unfortunately It was so tight I didn't actually try it on properly in case I either ripped the seam or worse got stuck trying to get it off and ended up in my neighbours house for help. I have ordered it again in size 10 as I really like it.
