We purchased 6 of these latte mugs 2 months ago. One by one, a total of 5 mugs have chipped on the rim in the dishwasher. It is clear that the problem is the quality of these mugs, as we havent had any problems with our other cups and mugs that we use regularly. Disappointing!

Good size mug for my morning cup of tea. I love the simple look of this mug and the plain white. It may be a latte mug but I never use it for coffee. The go in the dishwasher and don't chip easily. I buy a couple every so often and now have quite a few. Highly recommended.

A really nice shape and good handle to hold, makes a great mug for tea, coffee or any hot drink. My only issue is that it seems to chip easily when in the dishwasher, despite carefully loading.

Replacement mugs

These were replacement mugs for previous mugs which had been chipped in the dishwasher. Good quality but one of the four was already chipped when unpacked. The local branch of M&S quickly arranged a refund.

These were nicer than the original ones I bought years ago, but disappointed as they do not match my remaining original ones, hence only 4 stars. M&S when you sell a design you need to stick to it! Otherwise sell it as something else.
