Rides on cushions above the road
Originally posted on Saucony
These shoes are the most plush I've ever tried, however you enjoy the comfort at the cost of not feeling the road. I found this a bit too much- I'm a light runner though and have heavier friends who love Hurricane. I also found in a small size (5.5), the shoe seemed to be as wide and tall as it was long. Not for me.

Cushiony and supportive

Very plush ride but i discovered that they give me pain at inside of my foot (navicular bone), after going back and forth between these and my old running shoes which are also Saucony. Too bad because I was enjoying running in these shoes. I think the stability feature somehow disagrees with my foot even though I do have a moderately low arch.

Worried at first

At first, when i wore them, it felt like the pad of my feet might blister. It wasnt comfortable to walk in, let alone run in. After 5 or so uses, its much better now. They're still very supportive and cushiony, but its not hurting me anymore :)

Runs a little big. Great shoes for RUNNING. A little painful on my flat feet when I use them to walk because of the high platform. But overall, I liked them, just wish they were more tts.

i like the design the color and most importantly the comfort that it brings to my foot. I have plantar fasciitis and this pair of shoes fits well on my foot at the same time the comfort it gives throughout the 12 hour shift at work. great in running too. highly recommended.

No stability as advertised
Originally posted on Saucony
These are advertised as stability. But they don't seem to have any stability in them. Felt like soft marshmallows. I only was able to try them a couple of times before getting shin splint issues. I had to order an actual stability model.

Unwearable

Been wearing for about a month now, never had so many heel blisters in my life. Heel cushioning designed for a more narrow heels, causing so much slipping. Incredibly disappointed.

Disappointed In the New Model
Originally posted on Saucony
I am a Saucony fan and have worn the Saucony Hurricane model for well over a decade - it was my go to running shoe. My excitement at the news that they were bringing it back was tempered when I wore it a few times. I tried hard to like this shoe but found the stability not ideal, the cushioning is too soft, and the larger sole seems awkward and noisy. I find it to ok for brisk walks, but don't enjoy it for running or general use as the large sole, especially in the heel, trips me up. I tried the Endorphin speed when it was announced the Hurricane was being discontinued and will continue with that over this new version of the Hurricane. I would love to see Saucony bring back the construction of the Hurricane 23 or earlier models. This was a fantastic shoe prior to the most recent iteration.

Perfect for wide toe, narrow heel, overpronating!

I'm a new runner with and I did a lot of research to try to find the perfect pair. These are it! I don't have much to compare them to as these are my first 'real' running shoes, but these are pretty wonderful for my specific issues. I have narrow heels/ankles, bunionettes (pinkie toe), and hypermobile feet and ankles that cause me to really overpronate, so I was looking for shoes that had a wide toe box, narrow heel, and lots of support. The super wide base is great for stability, I no longer feel like my feet are constantly wobbling. I didn't realise how much effort I was putting into just landing on my foot correctly until I didn't have to do it anymore. The shape of the foam also really makes me feel like I'm being propelled. For reference, I'm largely a forefoot striker, but I think these would work for heel strikers too. In non-running shoes I'm an 8 - I got 9 and they fit great.

Terrible design and smell

This shoe fits terribly! The opening is cut too low so my foot slides out while I walk. Also, it came with a really horrible chemical plastic smell that I've never experienced on a shoe before. I cannot believe such an expensive shoe was designed so poorly. I wore it out once and so I guess it is not returnable. So frustrating and SUCH a waste of money!

Super soft but does not have the stability bar.

I have purchased the Hurricanes since 2015 I have loved each model of them. I was so sad to see them stop making them and replace with the Tempus (which I did not like at all). I was so excited to see that the Hurricane is back. But I was disappointed because it does not have the support like the previous models did. I need a stability shoe for my pronating. Although the shoe feels super soft and bouncy I don’t feel any stability/support. All the new shoes are being made with light weight soft foam that breaks down super fast now. I do like the shoe but I don’t feel like I will be able to run my long distances in it. It feels more like the Triump does in softness and feeling neutral.

Please bring back the Hurricane 23!
Originally posted on Saucony
I absolutely loved the women's Hurricane 23, but am very disappointed with the new Hurricane 24 version. The amount of bounce and cushion was perfect in the 23, but too much in the heel are in the 24. My heel sinks down to where it is extremely unlevel with the rest of my foot. This seriously low heel drop made the back of my legs ache almost immediately. I had to return them and feel really sad because I have feet problems and they were the only shoe so far that helped a lot. I wish companies wouldn't change a good thing. I tried the Tempus 2 version, and they are okay but not near and springy and comfortable as the Hurricane 23.

I just purchased my 7th pair. I will never wear anything else than the hurricanes. They’re so comfortable they give a huge amount of stability. When I’m walking downhill my feet don’t slide in the shoe .

I absolutely love these hurricanes. The shoe itself is the best sneaker I have Ever worn. It gives such stability and Cushion. My only issue is the color! I thought these sneakers were yellow. That’s why I ordered them…. They are bright orange!
