There are a nicely made shoe - they look good and feel good on. I love that they're waterproof. However, when doing big hill hikes, my feet hurt across the ball of my foot on the descents even after adjusting laces etc. - both feet. The pain limited how far I was able to go so I'm really disappointed. If all I have to do is hike on the flat, they're awesome. But I guess that means they're not much of a hiking shoe then.

Love the stability and weight of this shoe when trail walking. Walk more upright and have increased my speed because I have more confidence with my gait. Find that my legs and feet are less tired too. Can I mention how attractive this shoe is?
