I did size up half a size as they are running shoes and they fit perfect for me. I was definitely able to run longer distances with these than my old non running shoes. I had no idea that shoes really make a difference (beginners mistake lol).

Very disappointed. First time wearing adidas (usually a HOKA wearer). First 5k and the outer edge sole has ripped during a run which has exposed the foam.

I love the look and feel of these lightweight cushy runners. I have narrow feet and the laces hold well, and the toe box feels roomy. The mesh fabric is great for summer runs.

These are my favorite pair of running shoes so far. I’m planing to get another but a half size larger. I wear 7.5 and that’s with a .5” gap but this shoe runs a bit small so my toe keeps banging the front especially on long runs. They are very cute, light and comfy.
