I'm six foot 190 lbs. I purchase a large and the fit is perfect. The fit chart recommended XL, I'm glad I went with the large. We have a home gym and its warm even in the winter, it keeps my body temperature perfect.

This top features a compression fit so it's definitely designed to be tight, but we're sure we can find something that works better. I bought this compression shirt and I don’t regret it instead I’m ready to go buy two more. Is really great quality and I recommend if you buy one to get an extra size, I bought an extra large and it fits perfectly (I am a small) if I would’ve bought the small size it wouldn’t have fit on me.

We bought a long sleeved one, size large, very nice, fit well so we went back to get a short sleeve one and when we got home it was too small.
