I typically wear sleeveless compression, but I needed some compression on my shoulders during my workout and these are the best out there. I'm also a tall guy so I needed a longer length, which these have. I highly recommend getting a size or two smaller than you would normally buy, if you prefer stronger compression.

I usually wear a medium, but while I do like the color and style, I didn't want a skin-tight fit. So I ordered the Large. It fits just the way I wanted - snug/form-fitting but not skin-tight. I wear it to go to the gym, not as a under layer.

This compression shirt fits true to size. It is tight in the areas that it needs to be tight and does not come loose when it is being used. I will definitely be purchasing another one in a different color in the near future.
