A bone-dry, gently sparkling, unfiltered rosé wine made exclusively for M&S at Heppington Vineyard, Kent, with savoury notes of wild strawberries, cranberries, almonds and blossom. Short for ‘Pétillant Naturel’, this unique wine finishes its fermentation in the bottle, leaving the yeast sediment to add flavours, creaminess and delicate bubbles. Chill well and serve with mildly spicy food or dishes rich in umami, such as ramen, miso broth or mushroom risotto.
