A fresh English sparkling wine that perfectly balances lively fruit with the trademark complexity of Hambledon's house style. Hand-picked grapes from chalk-rich South Downs vineyards are gently pressed and aged on lees for a minimum of 27 months, creating fine bubbles and impressive depth of flavour. Crisp and beautifully balanced, it makes an ideal aperitif and pairs wonderfully with canapés, light seafood and seasonal salads.
