Description

Our Italian Antipasto Special Reserve Selection includes a trio of premium dry-cured meats, made to a traditional recipe in Italy with pork from trusted Italian farms and beef from farms in the UK. Enjoy sliced Parma ham, salami Milano and bresaola, matured for a minimum of 24 months for maximum flavour.

Parma Ham(36%):
Pork (made with 140g of Raw Pork per 100g of Prosciutto di Parma) · Sea Salt.

Salami Milano(36%):
Pork (made with 135g of Raw Pork per 100g of Salami Milano) · Curing Salt (Salt · Preservative: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate) · Sugar · Ground Black Pepper · Dried Garlic · Antioxidant: E301.

Bresaola:
Beef (made with 130g of Raw Beef Topside per 100g of Bresaola) · Curing Salt (Salt · Preservative: Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate) · Dextrose · Dried Garlic · Ground Black Pepper · Ground Nutmeg · Ground Juniper Berries · Ground Cinnamon · Ground Bay Leaves.

Storage information

Not suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, eat within 2 days (and by date mark shown). Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
