Our Scottish smoked haddock

Our Wild Scottish Kiln Smoked Haddock is sourced from the cold, clear waters of the North Sea, where it is responsibly caught and carefully selected for its quality and flavour. Each fillet is hand-prepared close to the harbour before being traditionally smoked over beechwood, giving it a delicate smoky character that complements the haddock's naturally sweet, flaky flesh. We've worked with the same trusted Scottish supplier, Lunar Seafoods, for more than 22 years, helping us deliver consistently exceptional quality and freshness to our customers.
