How to cook the best pigs in blankets

If you're cooking a pack of our double-wrapped pigs in blankets, simply pop onto a baking tray and roast in the oven following pack instructions. If you're making them by hand, follow our easy method:

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Wrap a whole rasher of streaky bacon around a cocktail sausage.
Lay on a roasting pan, seam side down.
Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Optional: Brush with honey or Hot Maple Syrup 10 minutes before they finish cooking for a glossy finish and a sweet and savoury flavour.
