Award-winning Maple Glazed Turkey Crown

The ultimate Christmas centrepiece, our show-stopping Oakham Hot Maple Glazed Turkey Crown (in store from 18 December) took home the gold medal at the Free From Christmas Awards this year, as well as a BBC Good Food and Olive taste award. Product developer Matt takes us behind the scenes of succulent turkey, basted with turkey stock, filled with Italian chestnut stuffing, and topped with outdoor-bred oak-smoked streaky bacon and hot maple glaze.

Authentic Italian panettone

Follow bakery Product Developer Harry as he tells the story behind our Collection Italian Chocolate and Cherry Panettone, in store now. It’s baked in Italy to a traditional recipe using a 60-year-old sourdough starter and enriched with Piedmont butter. Studded with three types of juicy cherries and decadent 75% single-origin chocolate from the Dominican Republic, it’s an extra special Christmas treat.

Hand-battered Fish and Chip Bites

Dive into the world of iconic M&S picky bits with Sarah and discover our irresistible Fish and Chip Bites. Made with responsibly sourced fish, they’re hand battered in actual skinny chips and a salt and vinegar batter. Top with our vibrant pea and mint crush and enjoy with the included wooden forks for a chippy tea in one bite.
