Collection Italian Aberdeen Angus Bresaola is made with 100% British beef, traceable back to the farm and animal it came from. It's expertly air dried with herbs and spices by the Citterio family of Sondrio, Italy, who have over 140 years and five generations of expertise in charcuterie.
