It's hand-scored and seasoned with sea salt and pepper. M&S duck is reared in small flocks in airy straw barns with a multigrain diet and space to roam.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
