Poor quality

I bought this online and had to return immediately. Unfortunately the fabric was poor quality and quite thin, and the dress was not lined. The body was short and the elasticated waist rode up, and the sleeves weren’t long enough. Disappointing.

Christmas Dress
really nice dress, flattering and great for christmas day, I find you want someyhing nice, that will look great on photos but needs to be comfortable...this is exactly that. I will wear mine with opaque tights and maybe red heeled shoes. Really versatile as you can dress it up or down to wear it at different times. Nice length, I ordered the long in a 12 as I am 5ft 7, and its just above the knee. The 10 may of been ok but I do prefer lose fitting.

I love the fit and feel of this dress. I ordered the normal size but found it too short (I’m 5’4”) so ordered the longer one which comes to just on my knee. It feels very slightly smaller than a usual M&S 10 but still fits.

Is a really pretty dress, much better than on the hanger but! I ordered a 14 Long (I am 5ft 7) and the waist was too high. I really wanted to love this dress but it would really annoy me that the waist is in the wrong place so begrudgingly I will be returning

I really liked this on the website as it’s exactly my kind of dress. Unfortunately it came up really big around my upper body. There was a lot of loose material which made it shapeless. I am 36DD but the upper part of the dress ruched and billowed around that area. The length was nice but that’s all. Even the fabric was thin and not particularly good quality. I buy loads of dresses from M&S which all fit me well and are all lovely. In fact I bought another dress when I took this one back, and the new one is a dream!!

I cant wait to wear these , yes ,I bought the spot one too. They are just what I wanted, long sleeved, not a round neck. but a bit of interest with the ruffle. The only thing I would have preferred is that the material was a bit thicker. I can wear a long sleeve top and leggings underneath Well done M and S.
