Faux Leather Cross Body Bag

I am happy with the quality of the bag. I got it as a present

bought for christmas for granddaughter who had liked it some time ago. the joy and pleasure when she got it was lovely and had never left her side

The features of this bag are very good and overall it has been very well designed. I ordered the tan version and what let it down for me was that the faux leather was very stiff and 'cardboardy', it already had a small mark on the front and I'm not convinced the surface would wear well. Also the clasp was a strange colour (not sure if it had tarnished) and looked cheap. Even with 50% off it didn't seem a good buy and I decided to return it. Such a shame as the design and size of this bag is exactly what I've been looking for. If it had been available in soft honey-coloured leather I would gladly have paid the extra and kept it.

Loved the look of the bag, but it’s not secure. The clasp is very loose and because the material is so stiff, it springs open, leaving everything on show and easily stolen! I returned it after this had happened twice and received a refund. Luckily I had saved the receipt!

Rich colours on the bag and great for autumn outfits to add some colour and brighten dark colours up. Good size for essentials and can be used day or evening.

Love the style and colours (bought the pink one). I too was a little concerned about security but now wear it cross body with the flap against me so more difficult for a thief to access. Have had so many complements about this bag and asked where I bought it.

Love the look of the bag and the pockets inside . But must agree with other comments that the clasp is really awkward . Beacause of this i'll only be using the bag on certain occasions rather than every day .

I purchased this item to take on holiday. I thought it was classy and smart. Unfortunately the fastener was faulty and whilst on holiday a thief was able to flip open the bag on a crowded bus and steal my purse - this was unlikely to have happened if the fastener had done its job properly. This left me feeling vulnerable and upset. I returned the bag to my M&S store and they refunded on a gift receipt as I had misplaced my original receipt. Would not recommend this bag as I feel the fastener is not fit for purpose. Feel very let down and expect more from M&S.
