Bought for my husbands 80th birthday. The cake itself was beautiful exactly as pictured and very tasty, however the centre piece was a farce. I had asked for a simple 80 expecting it to fill the disc. What i got was a squiggly, off centre, faint excuse of an attempt. It became the joke of the party!

I bought the cake for my husbands 60th birthday. It was truly delicious and not too much buttercream. However, the cake was incorrectly stored and the iced words had merged into a bit of a mess when I collected it. M&S did offer me some money back which I accepted but so disappointed. However I would buy it again

Bought for my dad’s 60th birthday. Cake was delicious and fresh and the perfect size for 30 people. We did ask for some personalised writing on top and this turned out blurry and not very good quality so we ended up removing that part. Other than that, can’t fault it!

This impressive cake fed 40 people (says only 32 so we we're maybe a bit skinny with the portions) and tasted lovely. Our Oreo obsessed 18yo loved the biscuits on top, I thought the flavour and texture were creamy and substantial without being heavy. Highly recommended.

Amazing quality and super tasty
I ordered this cake for my sisters graduation. It was packaged very well which made it easy to take home. The cake itself looked phenomenal and I love the fact you can customise the writing it was really nice touch. Taste wise everyone loved it! It was really nice and for cake that’s stored in the fridge it wasn’t dry. Very impressed I’ll be considering m&s for future celebrations.

This cakes was excellent. I checked it over when I picked it up and it looked better than the picture. It tasted as good as it looked moist sponge, tasty buttercream the disc with the writing on was really thick (my grandchildren had that ) I would recommend this cake.
