It’s the first time we have used M&S online shopping, & we were most impressed with how easy it was. We live in Melbourne, Australia & wanted to send a girlfriend in Glasgow a birthday gift. This service is not as good as it used to be!
I would have liked to have been able to print a gift voucher myself - this used to be an option! I might have wanted to gift a voucher to someone who does not have an email address! I found this process quite impersonal!
