No, I don't recommend this
I ordered this hoodie for my partner as we had previously bought the navy blue one which was great quality. Although this was the same price it was much thinner material and had no pockets.

Arrived screwed up
Arrived screwed up and creased alongside a black hoody I ordered from the same line. Black hoody was also screwed up into a ball. 1 hoody had pockets, the other didn’t. Not impressed

Very Misleading Product

It shows in the picture and states in the text that this hoodie has kangaroo pockets. Well it doesn’t. Mine didn’t come with pockets at all. Or very good and totally misleading. I would expect more from Marks and Spencer’s but to be honest this is becoming more and more common with products that do do or perform the way they should. M&S in my book are fast losing their reputation for affordable quality.

I’ve ordered 3 size large zip through hoodies in large. 1st one I ordered didn’t have a kangaroo split pocket so I took it back. The sales assistant was as puzzled as I was. So she kindly ordered me another one and guess what no pocket ! So I thought I’ll try one more time 3rd time lucky and guess what no pockets. They clearly say they have pockets and the size medium I ordered (though too small) did have pockets. Really disappointed as they are the perfect weight for travelling and I particularly wanted pockets (I mean who doesn’t!) I’ll start looking again for an alternative!

Bought this after seeing other reviews saying it’s thinner than other hoodies … exactly what I wanted as it is difficult to find thinner hoodies. Excellent quality and washes well. Wear it indoors with the matching joggers. Love it so much I bought a total of three sets in different colours.

If you're looking for a light and thin hoodie, then this is perfect. It's really well-made, thin, and light. However, the result is it's not particularly warm. Previous years' versions have felt twice as thick as this one. I assumed the thickness would remain the same.

I was disappointed in this product ( bought two - different colours) Having purchased M &S hoodies in the past, I had high hopes, but these were quickly dashed on feeling the thinness of the material. Very disappointed I’m afraid! More for summer wear, I would suggest. You should give buyers a much more detailed description than you did.
