Game Changer

Our family live far and wide but come to stay with us frequently. After a busy couple of days of making up and unmaking the beds I decided to order a Coverless duvet to try, as the reviews were so good. I had reservations about it being polyester, as I’ve always used cotton bedding, but I can report that I am now an absolute convert. The duvet is soft and light and comfortable. Making the bed is a breeze and the bed looks good. I do have a 12kg drum on my washing machine but the duvet is so squashy that it fitted in easily with plenty of room to spare. It didn’t take long to dry on a wool setting in my dryer ( I had a free hour of electricity to use via Octopus) but I doubt it would take very long to dry on the line ( especially in the current weather) I have just ordered a higher tog version which is equally as nice and I shall be replacing all my duvets with covers eventually, freeing up a lot of storage space. Highly recommend.

Fun pattern and lightweight. But I’d prefer it in a natural fabric. The quilt was an easy wash option for my guest room. It’s a nice design and looks neat in the room. But the pillowcases are awful fabric, which lets the set down a little. I don’t think it’s worth the £ considering the fabric.

This is a first for having a 6 tog duvet. It was lovely for the slightly cooler nights last week (in Scotland) and never felt too warm. Very pretty pattern and as always easily washed and dried within a couple of hours. I can’t ever go back to duvets and covers. These are so easy and comfortable, and now if I ever realise at bed time that I haven’t put the clean bedding on the bed I know it will just take a minute. I launder the duvets weekly so that they are never really “dirty”, especially the winter ones.

At long last no more duvet wrestling or ironing. Our new Super King Size duvet is comfortable, clean and cool. No more tussles to get a cover on & wasted time ironing... I will be replacing the rest of our bedding soon, so convenient for 1 or 2 night guest stays...

I was unsure at first how such a light duvet would be warm enough... but i was thrilled! Bed making is a breeze too, as is washing it. Love that its reversible. Despite being polyester it was doesn't slip off the bed through the night either. Im a convert!
