Our goodwill returns policy means you can return an item within 35 days of when you purchased or received it (14 days for Sparks sale preview or main sale items bought online, unless otherwise stated; exclusions apply). If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange in our clothing and home stores (store returns only) or a full refund. Any clothing, home (excluding furniture) and beauty products can be taken to any UK clothing and home store (excluding Simply Food, M&S Food, Outlet, hospital, airport, train station, BP and Moto stores) for a refund or exchange. Outlet purchases can only be returned to Outlet stores. Don’t forget to bring along your receipt.
For food purchases, your best option is to return to the store of purchase. If this is not possible, please contact us.

Most items purchased online can be returned to any UK store including Simply Food, M&S Food and Outlet (this also excludes hospital, airport, train station, BP and Moto stores). Certain products cannot be returned to store, click here for more information
If returning to a Simply Food, M&S Food or Outlet store, bring your parcel along with the completed returns form, in the original delivery packaging but don’t seal it just yet. Hand your return to the store staff who will then help complete the return. If you need a new returns form, click here
How can I return an item paid for by Clearpay?

Just drop the item(s) off at your local Post Office or CollectPlus location. We won’t be able to process your refund in store. Once we’ve received your item(s) back, we’ll email you to let you know. Clearpay will be in touch and any outstanding payments in relation to the returned item(s) will be stopped. Clearpay will refund the card linked to your Clearpay account for the amount of any payments received in relation to the returned item(s) within 3-5 working days.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed by Clearpay 3-5 working days after we’ve received the item(s) back. Full details can be found online in your Clearpay account.
Can I exchange my item(s) with Clearpay?
We don’t offer exchanges for Clearpay orders. However, you can return the item(s) for a refund and then place a new order.
