Our customers are important to us. So, while M&S is under no obligation to accept any Jaeger return or unspent gift vouchers, we’ve decided to offer the following. This is a goodwill gesture, and when Jaeger launches on, standard M&S return and refund policies will apply.

  • We’re happy to accept returns for Jaeger items in our stores. All items must be returned to an M&S store that sells clothing (excluding Simply Food, Outlet, BP, Moto, hospital, airport and train station stores). Items bought from Jaeger online must also be returned to an M&S store and cannot be returned by post. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from one of the following:

    • Jaeger stores, including outlets
    • Store concessions and websites, such as John Lewis/Peter Jones, Hoopers, Arnotts and Jarrolds
    • Boundary Mills
    • Jaeger online statement


    All refunds will be given in the form of an M&S Credit Receipt. The standard M&S Refund Policy applies e.g. 35 days from the date of purchase unless we have implemented an extension/shorter time frame such as Christmas or a Sale item.


    What is the international refund policy?

    Items ordered internationally can be returned to any UK M&S store in line with the standard refund policy. International orders can be returned to a local store (e.g.: Ireland).

  • Don’t worry. While we won’t be able to accept Jaeger gift cards and credit notes in our stores, we can replace them with an M&S e-gift card. On the back of your Jaeger gift card/credit note you’ll find a 10-digit number. Please send us this number along with your name and address to .We’ll then send you a replacement M&S E gift card to the same value within 3-5 days of your request. Please check your junk or spam folder as sometimes our emails may arrive there.
