Ribolla Gialla
Our Found Ribolla Gialla is a variety from the north east of Italy, where the Bora wind from the Dolomites helps the bright yellow “Gialla”-coloured grapes retain freshness. Winemaker Giacomo Vedovato crafts this blend exclusively for M&S and ferments the grapes at low temperatures to produce a floral, zesty wine with ripe notes of yellow peach and orange and hints of almond and sage. This amazing wine pairs perfectly with summer seafood dishes.

Cabernet Franc
With the long sunny days and cold nights of the Andean foothills, these Argentinean Cabernet Franc grapes ripen slowly, developing intense and generous flavours. Winemaker Alejandro Vigil ages the wine in French oak barrels for 10 months to create this luscious, rounded wine with notes of cassis and chocolate with a leafy, herbal edge. Try serving this wine with grilled steak and a spicy chimichurri sauce.

Vinho Verde rosé
Love a fruity rosé that’s perfect alongside summer dishes such as seafood paella? Then you need to try our Vinho Verde rosé, which is produced by a family-owned and run business. In this twist on the classic Portuguese white wine Vinho Verde, the indigenous Portuguese red grapes are expertly, lightly and quickly pressed to make a vibrant spritzy rosé that has flavours of wild strawberry and raspberries and a limey freshness.

Fetească Regală
The winery that produces our Found Fetească Regală, Cramele Recas, is located on the far western fringes of the Romanian region of Transylvania and boasts historic vineyards, with the first records dating back to 1447. Run by an Englishman, Philip Cox, and his Romanian wife Elvira, Cramele Recas champions local grapes and has become a specialist for Fetească Regală, sourcing fruit from across Romania. The husband-and-wife duo take a hands-off approach to preserve the grape’s refined white peach, candied apple and honeysuckle flavours. This wine pairs beautifully with a variety of cheese and meat dishes, including local bulz – a feta, ham and polenta dish.
