C Series Stainless Steel 30cm Sauteuse Pan

It is advertised as having all the benefits of non stick but in fact sticks like crazy on the stainless steel rings and is very very difficult to clean. Absolutely useless for stir frying rice, noodles or anything that usually sticks to stainless steel pans

I just got my sauté use pan and it is awesome: sturdy, the holders keep cold while you are cooking (eg fried rice) and the product is effectively non stick (but the pan should be hot enough for it), no regrets at all!

I was reluctant to buy these but am glad I did. They are worth the money. They heat up quickly and the design of the lids makes it easier to grab the handle to take them off. They wash well too.

Fantastic pan. The heat spreads so well over the whole base of the pan so that everything cooks evenly. Absolutely love it!

Not used yet but this was bought after comparing other items from other manufacturers. But dont think this was mentioned on the website - 1. the lid is not safe at 260 only 220 if used in the oven. 2. Metal utensil safe BUT not sharped edged metal utensils. 3. Unsure whether the capacity quote is when full as the instructions do say do not fill more than two thirds capacity. 4. Avoid leaving food in the pan after cooking as may deteriorate pans surface. Would I still of bought this - time will tell.

I bought this pan off the back of having the infinite range and it’s high performance. Everything seems to stick to this unless there’s lots of oil or liquid in it. Trying to clean it after is also really challenging. The steel circles on the sauté pan are permanently marked. I would t say it’s non stick. I had none of these issues with my old sauté and frying pan. Very expensive and nowhere near as good as my original pans.

The Steelshield Nonstick pan is great quality, solid feeling and looking and works with our induction hob. It is still early days in using it, but so far so good. I hope it lasts a long time and lives up to the way it looks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] . This pan is a wide i based pan which is nice and deep and perfect for family meals. The ridges on the base of the pan allowed for even cooking. We use it on an induction hob. Although our first impression were this pan is huge.....it did the trick. I used this to cook meatballs and pasta in a sauce on its first use, and then put in the oven afterwards with cheese. Having the pan being able to go from hob to oven is an excellent bonus. My only issues are that the handle on the top of the pan is so high, I can't invert the lid to stack this pan with other pans. It takes up quite a lot of Space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this sauteuse for around 2 weeks and it has become a good addition to our kitchen. It has a very good size which is capable of holding more than enough food for a family of 4 adults..... although this is quite a large pan it is not too heavy for every day use. Its versatility is fantastic and it seems to be very robust. It can be used on all hobs (induction included) and can also be put in to the oven, it comes with a glass lid that adds to its usefulness ensuring that whatever you are doing you can reduce the amount of splashing on your hob and can retain moisture in your food. The pan has many circular riffles on the base which probably have a use but I find them a little irritating with trying to sauté delicate meats and fish as they stick to the raised riffles(which have no none stick coating on them) and can easily break apart. Metal utensils can be use in this pan which is a bonus. The fact that this pan is so versatile you can cut down on the amount of washing up you need to do as this can be used from the start right up to having it sat in the middle of the dining table to serve straight out of and on to the dinner plates. All in all I would recommend this product as it is very versatile, visually well designed and seems to be of very good quality. This would be a good addition to any kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pan is a lovely deep sauteuse, complete with glass lid. The circular pattern inside apparently allows us to use metal utensils with it, though I don't have any so couldn't tell. It cooks evenly, it's a great size, and all of the handles are easy to hold. I used it to cook pasta in a sauce, and then oven afterwards with cheese, as the pan is able to go in the oven up to 250 degrees. My only issues are that the handle on the top of the pan is so high, I can't invert the lid to stack this pan with others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what a great dish. It’s family size for sure and amazing quality. I have used it on the hob and in the oven with great results each time. Spag Bol on the hob is a weekly thing and this dish means I can spread the ingredients around the dish and get good heat coverage all round. Such great quality. I mean it’s very expensive but as they say you get what you pay for. It will certainly last many many years.
