Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Prior to ordering I read the reviews and although the bouquest and champagne had good reviews the delivery reviews and gift tag reviews were not great ie gift tag not included with gift (3 reviews). However, I ordered knowing that the present would be beatiful and hoped that M & S had learnt from the reviews but no I too fell foul of the non inclusion of a gift tag on my cousins moving house flower gift. My cousin posted on Facebook asking who had sent her the beautiful flowers!! How ridiculous that M & S asked for the text required for the gift card and then did not include it in the gift box!!! Reallly not impressed and won't risk ordering for a gift again
