I have been having these slippers for many years and been very satisfied with the quality fit and style. However the pair l have recently bought, l have had to return to M&S They fit ok but they are extremely hard on the bottom, only a thin quilted piece of material under your foot!!!! Come on M&S, at £15 you can do better

Found these to be a bit wide and also a rather hard at back of heel. Not a lot of padding at sole so not the comfiest! Plus side they are a lovely colour. Frustrating to find they are now in the sale at 1/2 price less than a week after purchase!!

Awful frumpy slippers

Hate these slippers! I have been buying the ballerina style for about 20 years and they have suddenly disappeared, only to be replaced by these horrible clumpy granny boots. They look reasonably ok in the photographs online but when they arrived I was very disappointed. I would have sent them back immediately had I not been desperate for a new pair. I am going to look elsewhere for something more feminine and these will be put at the back of the cupboard for another desperate time - or a desperate person...Oh yes - and I cut the satin bow off.

Purchased the slippers for my elderly mother. The slippers seemed fine at first, however, after a couple of weeks they had stretched and become too large for my mother. In addition, the front to one of the slippers had started to come away from the the sole, which was a trip hazard and therefore dangerous. I returned the slippers to my local store and I am pleased to say that I received a full refund with no problem,

These slippers are fine but my husband ordered them and when they arrived I wasn’t keen on the style. They are a bit big but I take size 5.5 so went for size 6. I’ve kept them, just wearing them a bit big.

Not comfortable at all (no cushioning)

True to size but are very uncomfortable. The soles are rock hard with no cushioning whatsoever (exactly like Bally pumps so I guess they live up to the name of the product!). Slippers should be comfortable to wear. These are most certainly not and you might as well be walking barefoot. Avoid if you want any sort of cushioning in your slippers.
