The product was exactly what we needed to help celebrate a colleagues 10 year service, the only issue we had was that you do not automatically get a copy of the invoice and had to ring up to request one, which could take upto a month to arrive. This is not helpful if you are buying on behalf of a business and they need an invoice for the accounts. department.
