Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources while ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Disappointing Anniversary Gift
No, I don't recommend this
Bought for a family member who wasn’t impressed: The lilies are too heavy with the other flowers. By the time the lilies open the rest will be over and the laurel is way too heavy for such dainty beautiful flowers.

Great presentation and delivery was on time , however - although the flowers were well hydrated and not in direct sunlight the roses only lasted 2-3 days before going brown. I would have expected at least 7 days. See photo below at 3 days.
