We've added cocoa butter for its moisturising effect, and blackcurrant seed oil for its fatty acids that leave skin looking radiant.

Difficult to find day cream with spf in that’s does the job on my old boat race but this seems to be the one. It’s thick and feels luxe, but absorbs quickly and the smell is good too. Not enough sun yet to test the spf-ness but fingers crossed eh.

Luxurious cream
Lovely thick cream, don’t need to put loads on, soaks into skin and leaves it feeling nourished but not greasy. Great produce as it also has sun protection in it. Have bought it before and will definitely buy again.

The cream is surprisingly thick for a day cream, so it takes awhile to absorb. It has a pleasant light scent and feel, I would recommend unless you are in a real rush!

I have been using M&S moisturising, cleansing and make-up products since they first started producing them many years ago. I lived in Bedfordshire at the time and I was informed by someone “in the know” that the factory making them was local. These items proved to be just what my skin needed and I continued using them - even though they changed the colours, sizes, shapes etc of the containers and the name of the products. I am now 85 years old and my facial skin is still relatively smooth and wrinkle free. My hairdresser constantly remarks on it! I prefer the tubes with light green writing to the jars but M&S, please, please keep producing these products for the next 15 years or so when I may no longer need them.

I’ve bought the full size after using the sample from this years advent calendar. It’s light but nourishing, smooths in beautifully and leaves a soft non greasy finish. Skin actually looks smoother. Makeup sits perfectly over this and used several different foundations all with good results.
