Too small and fin
No, I don't recommend this
I buy a lot of leggings from M&S for my daughter and I found these to be very fin compared to anything else I’ve bought. In addition my daughter is very much the size of 12 mouths and where 9-12 or 12-18 mouths (which come up big) that’s are already creeping up her leg. I love the colours though and they really elevate an outfit.
