Yes, I recommend this
Very pleased with these. Good value as you get 2 in pack. They are thinner but give good support. Size-wise this was the third attempt though as I was influenced by the reviews. For me one cup size bigger fits perfectly. I would recommend this sports bra.

I've really tried with these bras, I've readjusted the straps, tried on different band widths but the underwire is so high it's actually painful to work out with them on. I had to remove it halfway through a HIT workout because it was indenting into my chest. Avoid these.

Small and firm in the band

As other reviewers have said these do come up small and they are firm in the band. I recommend sizing down a sister size - meaning going up a band size and down a cup letter to get the same cup size (i.e. 32DD to 34D). That's what I did and they're now perfect although being a high support bra do expect a firm fit in the band. Otherwise I was looking for a non-compressing sports bra which wasn't basically a crop top and these fit that bill perfectly.

Sizing issue No, I don't recommend this, very dissappointed. I only buy M&S bras. I have been buying these sports bras for a number of years, I have quite a few, all in the same size. My black and white needed replacing so decided to buy the 2 colour packs that were available. Bought the same size as I usually do and these bras did not fit! They were far too tight and I had to return them. Compared the size with a new one I had hardly worn and there was a difference of 1.5 inches in the overall width and the shape of the cup/wire was also smaller, resulting in it digging in at the sides. Very dissapointed. I have also found that recently the knickers, that again, I have always bought from M&S, have also changed. I can no longer find a pair that fit snuggly with elastic in the leg, only the horrid no elastic lace finish or VPL versions which all have no desire to stay put! Come on M&S, in my opinion, you've significantly improved with your WOW Autumn range...please do the same in your lingerie department before I have to go elsewhere.
