Excellent sports bra and great value for money. Bought a second pack

As other reviewers have said these do come up small and they are firm in the band. I recommend sizing down a sister size - meaning going up a band size and down a cup letter to get the same cup size (i.e. 32DD to 34D). That's what I did and they're now perfect although being a high support bra do expect a firm fit in the band. Otherwise I was looking for a non-compressing sports bra which wasn't basically a crop top and these fit that bill perfectly.

Sizing issue No, I don't recommend this, very dissappointed. I only buy M&S bras. I have been buying these sports bras for a number of years, I have quite a few, all in the same size. My black and white needed replacing so decided to buy the 2 colour packs that were available. Bought the same size as I usually do and these bras did not fit! They were far too tight and I had to return them. Compared the size with a new one I had hardly worn and there was a difference of 1.5 inches in the overall width and the shape of the cup/wire was also smaller, resulting in it digging in at the sides. Very dissapointed. I have also found that recently the knickers, that again, I have always bought from M&S, have also changed. I can no longer find a pair that fit snuggly with elastic in the leg, only the horrid no elastic lace finish or VPL versions which all have no desire to stay put! Come on M&S, in my opinion, you've significantly improved with your WOW Autumn range...please do the same in your lingerie department before I have to go elsewhere.

These are very comfortable and I particularly like the wider shoulder straps.

I had seen these in the shop and liked them. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. However, although I bought the same band size as my other M&S bras, these are super tight, they feel like they’re a smaller size than they are. I should have sent them back but because the label showed the correct size I cut off the tags and put them away. I didn’t realise how tight they are until I got one out to wear this week.

I use these bras for yoga and sleeping in - the latter being why I really bought them. A nurse, trained to examine breasts by a very well known breast surgeon, suggested I sleep in a sports bra. These bras are perfect for that - and yoga. Sleeping in this bra has pretty much stopped those awful creases you can wake up with across the breast bone. My only gripe is that I'd prefer to buy a pack of 2 black bras or buy them singular. White goes too grubby looking too quickly.
